Pay is $1,250 per week. We pay Travel, 1 Meal per day provided . hotel room. Forbes 4-Star Resort. GA Location.

Restaurant Manager Job Duties

  • Restaurant Manager typically supports the Restaurant in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory and financial oversight. They play a crucial role in maintaining quality service, implementing standard operating procedures, and contributing to a positive guest experience. 

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and managing staff:

    This includes hiring, training, onboarding, scheduling, and mentoring employees. 

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction:

    Addressing customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards. 

  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies:

    Tracking stock levels, placing orders for ingredients and equipment, and managing vendor relationships. 

  • Overseeing daily operations:

    Opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash handling, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. 

Job requirements

  • Must have experience in high end resorts.

  • Ability to travel
