Job description
Pay is $35.00 Per Hour. Task Force Food and Beverage Manager. We pay all travel and hotel. One meal per day provided. Luxury property.
4 to 6 week rotations. Perfect for people with experience in between jobs.
Food and Beverage Manager Duties
Manage all outlets in terms of product, waste, and service efficiency.
Prepare variance analysis for bar programs and communicate with relevant departments.
Update and maintain systems.
Check and verify cross-departmental transfers.
Check cost of sales and ensure costs are within budget.
Audit beverage reports accordingly.
Spot check all meal periods to ensure consistency and quality of beverage offering.
Develop, cost, train, and input recipes.
Train teams on implementation of standards for bar organization and cleanliness.
Update POS (Micros) as needed.
Value everyone’s contribution to the team, and we will value your contribution as a key part of our success.
Ensure communication is key and ensure daily stand-up meetings are held with associates in the various Food and beverage department areas. Passing along important information to them and giving them a voice in the process.
