Senior HR Recruiter - Bilingual Job Duties

• Recruits exempt and non-exempt employees for multiple job categories

• Creates and and uses sourcing tools aligned with companies strategy

• Creates job description as needed

• Attends Job Fairs within the Phoenix region

• Interviews 20 to 30 applicants per week

• Conducts job interviews using behavioral based interviews questions

• Uses social media and other on-line sources

• Uses applicant tracking system and other related systems

• Sources the best candidates and follows up on interviews

• 3 Years as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required

• Position is in a professional office and not remote
