Payroll Specialist Accounting

Job description

Pay to $35,000. Seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Payroll Team. Will assist with some other Accounting duties.


Job Duties Include:


  • Prepares and processes weekly payroll
  • Calculates and enters payroll taxes, non-benefit deductions, direct deposit and check distribution for all employees.
  • Prepares and reprints W-2's for terminating employees when requested.
  • Prepares accounts payable check requests to remit withheld support and garnishment liabilities.
  • Promptly fixes and adjusts payroll errors
  • Interacts with employees, visitors and all personnel in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Maintains confidentiality of information regarding patients and co-workers.

Requirements

  • 2 Years Payroll Experience
  • Well Organized
  • Experience With Payroll Software and MS Excel
  • Pay to $35,000 DOE
