Payroll Associate

Job description

Seeking experienced Payroll Professionals to join our Payroll Team for service based company. 

Job Duties Include:

  • Processes weekly payrolls 
  • Reconciles general ledger
  • Assists in processing weekly payrolls
  • Runs complex reports from various systems
  • Assists with following up on past due receivables or items requiring further research
  • Update payroll information to ensure all employees get accurate compensation
  • Reconciles payroll resisters
  • Maintain accounts by recording, identifying and verifying financial transactions
  • Share ideas or recommendations for improvements


Requirements

  • 2 Years Payroll Experience
  • Degree preferred - New Graduates Welcome 
  • MS Excel and System expert
  • Reconciliation and Audits
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday In Office
