Must have experience with J, H and Q Visa's. Position is from home with travel. $85K to $100K. 

Hands On Position. 

• Leads the company's International Recruitment Programs and Process.
• Manages A Team of 2 to 3 Employees.
• Interfaces With J Visa Sponsors and Attorneys for H Visa's.
• Plans and Organizes Recruitment Needs for New Staff on J and H Visa's.
• Creates Weekly Reports That Highlight Staffing Forecasts.
• Greets New Arrivals Across The US and Communicates Arrival Schedules.
• Participates Heavily in Companies Sales Process and Communication.
• Travels Up to 50% of the Time Internationally and In the United States.
• Builds Relationships With New and Existing Visa Sponsors.
• Ensures International Arrival and Departure Schedules Are Accurate.

• College Degree
• 3 Years Experience With J and H Visa's.
• International Recruitment Experience.
• Extensive MS Excel and MS Office Experience
• Experience in Manager or Director Roles.
