Job description

Pay is $1,250 per week pre tax. 100Percent Travel. We pay all Travel, Hotel and provide 2 meals per day. Must have Hotel Catering Sales background. 8 to 12 week travel rotations.

Hotel Catering Sales Manager Job Duties

  • Solicit new and develop existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication.

  • Prepare correspondence to customers, internal booking reports and file maintenance.

  • Participate in scheduled sales meetings, training and other sales strategy related meetings as required.

  • Develop & maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers.

  • Responsible for conducting pre- and post-opening site inspections, and coordinating, orchestrating and hosting property and area familiarization trips and activities.

  • Professionally represent the hotel in community and industry organizations and events.

  • Proactively manage, qualify, and solicit all existing and new accounts in assigned territory or industry.

  • Manage the preparation of proposals and contracts. Responsible for ensuring the closing of the sale, the collection of deposits, and prepayment of assigned accounts.

Job requirements

  • 5 Years Catering Sales Experience With 3 Years As A Manager
