Roof Top Assistant Restaurant Manager Job Duties
An Assistant Restaurant Manager typically supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory and financial oversight. They play a crucial role in maintaining quality service, implementing standard operating procedures, and contributing to a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and managing staff:
This includes hiring, training, onboarding, scheduling, and mentoring employees.
Ensuring customer satisfaction:
Addressing customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
Managing inventory and ordering supplies:
Tracking stock levels, placing orders for ingredients and equipment, and managing vendor relationships.
Overseeing daily operations:
Opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash handling, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Job requirements
High Volume Upscale Casual Experience
Must Have Used Open Table or Toast
Ability To Live at Resort for 4 to 6 Weeks
Ability To Work Outside in Hot Roof Top Restaurant
