Pay is $1250 Per Week. We pay Travel, Room and 2 Meals Per Day. Must know Open Table. Seasonal 6 weeks. Very Busy Roof Top Restaurant and Bar. Position starts 07/3o/25.

Roof Top Assistant Restaurant Manager Job Duties

  • An Assistant Restaurant Manager typically supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory and financial oversight. They play a crucial role in maintaining quality service, implementing standard operating procedures, and contributing to a positive guest experience. 

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and managing staff:

    This includes hiring, training, onboarding, scheduling, and mentoring employees. 

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction:

    Addressing customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards. 

  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies:

    Tracking stock levels, placing orders for ingredients and equipment, and managing vendor relationships. 

  • Overseeing daily operations:

    Opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash handling, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. 

Job requirements

  • High Volume Upscale Casual Experience

  • Must Have Used Open Table or Toast

  • Ability To Live at Resort for 4 to 6 Weeks

  • Ability To Work Outside in Hot Roof Top Restaurant
