Accounting Team Associate

Job description

Pay to $35,000. Corporate Office. Seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our growing accounting team. 

Job Duties Include:

  • Process and organize invoices to ensure bills are paid and received in a timely manner
  • Familiar with Accounting Methods.
  • Following up on past due receivables or items requiring further research
  • Manage and update payroll information to ensure all employees get accurate compensation
  • Review ledgers, statements and balance sheets for accuracy
  • Record financial information and provide summaries when necessary
  • Maintain accounts by recording, identifying and verifying financial transactions
  • Follow internal accounting procedures and policies to ensure financial security is maintained
  • Share ideas or recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborate with others in the accounting department to ensure all financial actions are accurate

Requirements

  • 2 Years Accounting or Accountant Experience
  • AP/AR/Payroll Experience
  • Reconciliation and Audits
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM in Munster IN Office
